Does your child love new books?
The Bright Red Bookshelf program gives all children the gift of reading by sharing new and gently used children’s books at no cost to families. The books are available at convenient locations around Williams Lake and 100 Mile House. More than 10,800 books are distributed by the Bright Red Bookshelf program annually! We believe that a regular access to books is important in fostering an interest in reading and a love for books. Our goal is to encourage children to develop confidence and a love for reading by providing easily accessible books which can be read again and again. We currently have twenty-five bookshelf locations; find your closest one below! Please note: The farmers' market locations are seasonal
